I’m passionate about people — and that extends far beyond pixels. I worked part time at a youth mental health support café and a youth club, where I engage with young people navigating complex challenges. These spaces have strengthened my commitment to designing with care, clarity, and deep empathy.
Outside of design, I draw, write poetry and short stories, hike, and often sketch scenes from my walks. These creative practices not only recharge me but also sharpen my sense of observation and storytelling — essential tools in every designer’s toolkit.

My Expereince in UX Design
I began my career as a Sales Executive, where I learned the importance of listening deeply to customers and understanding their needs in real time. That role sparked a curiosity about the “why” behind customer behaviours, leading me into Business Analysis. In that role, I worked at the intersection of design, development, and client collaboration — often acting as the bridge between business goals and user expectations.
Through this experience, I realised that I didn’t just want to hand over specs — I wanted to shape the solutions themselves. That realisation led me to UX design, where I could combine strategy, creativity, and empathy.
My academic background includes a Master’s in Psychology, where I honed research skills such as user interviews, behavioural analysis, and critical thinking — all of which now shape how I uncover insights and build human-centred products.
Currently, I work with vulnerable individuals in care, and this experience has profoundly deepened my empathy. It’s given me a stronger sense of responsibility to design accessible, inclusive experiences for everyone, especially those often left out of digital spaces.
My Journey
I’m a UX Designer with a dynamic background that spans sales, business analysis, psychology, and care work. I design with intention, empathy, and clarity — always focused on understanding real human needs to build better, more inclusive digital products.
